How To Cure Brownish Discoloration Of Foot And Painful Swollen Ankle ?

I do have a strange brownish discolouring of the skin on top of my left foot. At first I thought it to be dirt, it was not. Then I thought it might be sun burn and that it would dissappear, but now I do have a painfull swollen ankle on that leg. Can you help me?
