How To Cure Bumps On Leg Like Skin Tag?

My 5 yr old son is developing these skin tag type bumps on his leg. We first noticed 2 and now there are 2 more. All in the same spot. I am not sure if this is going to continue to spread or what it might be from. Before I take him to the doctor (they frequently discourage you from taking them in unless really sick) I wonder if you can tell me if we have anything to worry about or if this is normal. He does not seem sick in any way, except for eczema breakouts elsewhere on his body.
