How To Cure Burning Pain In Right Shoulder And Nausea?

I haven't been feeling very well for a few weeks. I have burning pain in my right shoulder and arm and have lots of nasty spots on my face which won't clear up i have flu like symptoms and my tummy feels nauseous although I haven't lost my appetite. What coould this be please
