Psychiatrist 's  Response
Both excessive smoking and alcohol use can increase gastric acidity. So does psychological stress.Seek help to quit smoking and alcohol consumption.A psychiatrist will not only help you with that but also manage stress and evaluate for underlying depression for which you might be self medicating with these substances.A normal ECG and 2DEcho along with symptoms mentioned suggest stress and substance addiction related cause to your problem.
