How To Cure Catarrh In Throat And White Coat On Tongue ?
I have cattarrh in the throat and my tongue has a white coating that comes off and does not hurt and feels like mucus is there any way to solve the problem as it has been a while?

alex this could be due to chronic common cold, if you have cold for long better to consult ENT doctor. for time being you can do steam inhalation with tincture benzoin to limit the problem

white coating on your tongue can be well cleaned with a tongue cleaner,and local application of antiseptic mouth rinse too.
do this for a week and look for changes in the symptoms.
also take multivitamin supplements.
if the problem persists, seek your dentists help through clinical evaluation.

White coating on the tongue can be due to many factors few are improper oral hygiene, chronic infections like cold, use of medications, dehydration and fever.
Clean your tongue gently with a tongue cleaner or soft bristle toothbrush.
Take antiseptic mouthwash gargles like chlorhexidine twice daily.
Take multivitamin tablets.
If there is presence of any infections like fever, cough, cold consult to a Physician and get the checkup done.The condition will resolve once the illness go away.

Appearence of white coating on the tongue is caused due poor oral hygiene ,improper brushing and flossing habits , improper cleaning of tongue .
Maintain good oral hygiene , use tongue scrappers to clean the surface of the tongue regularly.
i would suggest you to go for symptomatic treatment at home like gargling with lukewarm saline water or antiseptic mouthwash like chlorhexidine or betadine which will help in giving soothing effect to the throat.
drink lot of water and keep yourself hydrated.

its seems your oral hygiene is poor.. nothing to worry it might be mild fungal infection. oral antifungal cream, mouthwash twice daily for 1week, warm salt water rinses 3-4times daily for 1week. multivitamin one capsule per day for 1month. visit your dentist for a check up

I have read your problem,Looking to your Oral health,you are not maintaining well.This is not your fault ,because of less knowledge of oral hygiene care. So go to the dentist place, He or She will guide you about proper method of brushing (twice a day morning and night)and use antiseptic mouth wash once a day ,in addition to this one should clean tongue with tongue cleaner twice a day while we are brushing.Take some good antibiotic, b -complex, antioxidants, riboflavin(For 1 month) and use antiseptic mouth wash.

I would suggest you to clean your tongue daily using tongue scrapers.
If the white lesions exists,biopsy of the lesion will help to evaluate the type of infection underlying on tongue.
Meanwhile,discontinue the habit of tobacco/pan chewing.
