hi! I have had a cold for the last week or so and I have gotten over that, not I just have a cough in the morning when im clearing my throat but I end up clearing a lot of blood that had dried in my throat over the night, ... have been coughing up blood and I am concerned over it..
Understanding your concern. As per your query you have cold and cough along with throat bleeding which seems to be due to sinuitis/ tonsilitis/chronic upper respiratory tract infection a it could be due to acid reflux. I would suggest you to take nasal sprays and do warm saline gargles. You should take antibiotic Levofloxacin in combination with antiallergic medication such as Sinarest. Visit ENT specialist once and get it examined. You should get routine blood tests along with throat swav and paranasal sinus x-ray done and start treatment after proper diagnosis. Avoid oily and sharp food. Drink plenty of fluids.
Hope your concern has been resolved.
