How To Cure Cough, Sore Throat, Stiff Neck, Stuffy Nose And Body Ache?

I would like some help Lately I ve been coughing a lot , have a sore troat , my neck is a bit stif and very tense , I m tiered , every time I eat something solid I get gag reflexes and or puke , stuffy nose , sneezing , headaches but barely , and body aches could I get a diagnostic ?what should I do ?

I have gone through your query regarding sore throat , body ache, fever , coughing and nasal stuffiness.

Your all these features are in favor of respiratory tract infection involving nose and sinuses and extending back up to throat. To diagnose and treat it you should do-

1- C.T. Scan of paranasal sinuses.

2- Culture and sensitivity of throat swab.

3- X-Ray Chest (P.A. View).

4- Blood- CBC, ESR, blood sugar (F & PP).

With the help of inferences of above investigations and their co-relation with findings of clinical examination one may reach to final diagnosis and accordingly treatment may be plan.
