How To Cure Cuts In The Vaginal Labia?

About a month ago, I had my cycle and was using a different brand of pads. Close to the end of my period I was irritated around my butt area. I had my girlfriend check me out and I had a rash. After a couple of weeks the rash started to clear by using diaper rash cream but, now I have these paper cuts on my clitoris and around my labia. I would like to know what it is and is there anything to treat it?
