How To Cure Dark Circles Under Eye?

I have the beginnings of blk circles under my eyes bout 1/2 inch long with very small bags and my pores are swollen open under that, only used to jump start for the day! Usually sleep 6 or 7 hrs a night but I seem to be getting headaches occasionally lately with it centralized in between the eyes I know my sinuses are severely dry! Haven't done it very many times in the last few months but need help with removing the circles I have noticed my mom look at me and cry from a distance and stopped using 3 days ago!
