How To Cure Delayed Menstruation After An Abortion?

Hai sir! My age is 26, weight is 56.. I have 1yr child before 5months i met surgical aborption with mifepristone and misoprosol..after that now i am having delayed mensturation just 3days..16thjune is my date last mönth 16th i have period but still nw i didn't get mensturation..what can i do! But in pregnancy test it is negative..if there is any pill to induce mensturation and stop pregnancy in this stage? Plz tel me i'm in fear ...
