How To Cure Depression ?

Hello I was taking MDMA and ketamin in a club all of a sudden I got scared and lost it and thought I was in hell i came round and thought I was completly fine afterwards but after that could not sleep a wink for seven days and now I can sleep but not for long and I fear I'm depressed will it ease off or will it stay like this
