How To Cure Difficulty Of Hand Movement Due To A Stroke?

Hi Dr. Shah, This is Abhishek Patel. I want an appointment as i wanted to discuss few things with you, as my Mother got paralysed in 2008-Aug but as of now she is physically fit only her left hand is not working she can't hold any thing and we are taking some Aurwedic medicines, and i heard from my friend that the acupuncture & acupressure can cure this problem faster compare to other treatments.
So here i need your suggesions like what to do now?
