How To Cure Dry And Irritated Labia?

Hi, i had a hysterectomy 6 months ago and my estogin levels were really high for a couple of months and my hair started to fall out and my breast grew. my estregen levels have leveled off finally but now i have dry and irritated labia. there is not discharge or odor, no infection. I am confused as to how to fix this, it is quite irrirating. Thank you
