After seeing my general practicioner, my ob/gyn and a urologist, I turned to an alternative doctor to help with a chronic problem I have had for 3 months. I am still in a quandry...and hope that you can help me resolve this issue. I am 55, post menaupasal, have dull pains in vagina,intermittent with burning sensations(not when urinating), no secretions, or itchiness, tested negative for stds, no blatter or urinary infections at present( at very begining, one dr did prescribe 5 day cource...which eased burning sensation upon urination. I was excessive tea could be irritant(oxalates)..am getting depressed as I cant find any particular root cause. Sleep has also become an issue. My boyfriend recently was treated for a yeast infection-he had never had this before in his life. Any thoughts?
