Slipped and fell on the ice a few weeks ago. Was a little sore on my right elbow and butt, but nothing bad. Dull pain in lower back slowly increased..noticed most while doing planks. Now can barely move. Lower back hurts and Laura's to cough with cold I am experiencing. IBuprophen does nothing
