How To Cure Dull Pain On The Left Side Of The Pubic Bone While Urinating?

hi im 30 yrs old,i supposed to have menstruation last june 25 2011,but up to now i still have delayed,just this morning i took a home pregnancy test and it was positive,my concern is I feel a dull ache on the left side of my pubic bone especially everytime before I urinate and after that its just gone. I feel also very white discharge and it cause itchiness to my vaginal labia,pls help me doctor

Hello dear,I understand your concern.In my opinion pain in the left side of pubic bone while urination mostly suggests urinary tract infection or any renal stone.So I suggest you to get urine examination done to rule out infection.If urine examination is normal it might be muscular pain.The itchy white discharge might be yeast infection which is routinely seen in pregnancy.So consult a gynaecologist to rule out UTI and management for yeast infection.Drink adequate fluids upto 2 to 3 litres ,coconut water and cranberry juice to prevent UTI.
