How To Cure Dull Pain On The Right Pelvis Area And Tenderness Of Breast?
Yes I m having some dull aching pain in the pelvic area more on the right side where the ovary is located and some breast Tenderness I might be just ovulating but this is the first time I had the pain and dull heavy feeling in that area I m not sure what it is

As a first line management, you can take analgesics like Paracetamol or Aceclofenac for pain relief.
If symptoms persist better to go for an ultrasound scan to rule out any possible causes like the pelvic collection.
