How To Cure Enlarged Fibroids?

Hi,I'm 29 years old] Since last 2 weeks I has constant pain in my stomach, due to which I showed to doctors.The Ultrasound results have shown 3 enlarged Fibroids and few small. \The size of the are around 7/8 cm.Please let me know if I need to mail detailed report for you to guide me on this, because all doctors are suggesting surgery and I am too scared of it.
