If you have erection/spontaneous erection in early morning then nothing is wrong with your body. Then there is no need to worry about erection issues. The lack of erection can be due to psychological reason.
Erection issues occur in newly married young male mostly due to isolated unsuccessful attempt, lack of foreplay, poor communication between partners. One isolated attempt will increase
anxiety about performance during next sexual intercourse. And this may lead to vicious cycle.
You should first improve communication with your partner about sexual interaction. Engage in foreplay for at least for 10 minutes. you and your partner should be aware of erotic zone of the body (other than genital region ) of each other. This zone should be used more often to increase or sustain sexual intimacy. Proper atmosphere like cleanliness, lack of distraction, erotic role play also help to improve erection.
This all can be practiced in more formal way which is called sensate focus training.
