How To Cure Frequent Headaches Along With Pressure In Eyes And Neck?

i have had headaches for many months but they soon strated to become more frequent and more severe now i have it everyday, i have pain n feels like pressure in my eyes, when i bend down my head feels heavy (sometimes i have ringing in my ears) and feel pressure at the back of my neck, i am also fatigued everyday, also when others are very warm i am cold and my hands and fingers are very cold, please help?

hi there...

it seems like you have tension headache.. for this you first require to be stress free... practice relaxation techniques.., yoga and meditation helps... you can take the help of counsellors if u need...

further have proper time schedule for your daily works and do accordingly... take proper sleep atleast 8 hours a day... I would suggest you to consult any physician and get your bood reports done like cbc... u can take vitamin supplements accordingly... and eat healthy and balanced diet... no junk food...
