How To Cure Growth In Spinal Cord And Tumor In Liver?

I am 55 yrs old, weight- 60 kg, & height- 5.5 feet, having a severe back pain, when investigated it was found in Xray that an unwanted bone of spinal cord is growing to the other side & also there is a tumor to the liver. But after a CT scan there is nothing been detected. So pls suggest. what is to be done.
