my 7 year old son gets frequent headach generally evenings, his nose is deveated right side and bleeded once in a 15 to 20 days. Hia teacher is also complaint that he is dull in the classes these days. dont understand wether it is eyes problem or of nose or any thing else , pls explain and suggest remedy for that
