How To Cure Headache And Body Ache?

I have just got back from holiday in Nice - while there I went out walking in the hot sun and experienced a hot head, headache, eye ache and body ache but no other symptoms.

I am still not completely better - three days later - is there anything I should do to speed up recovery?

Hello!

Welcome and thank you for asking on HCM!

Your symptoms could be related to dehydration. Another possible cause is a viral infection.

Anyway, I recommend taking plenty of water to remain well hydrated. I would also recommend avoiding staying for a long time in hot places with high humidity.

Having some rest at home and avoiding straining physical activity for some days will help have a fast recovery.

Hope you will find this answer helpful!

Greetings!

Dr. Aida
