How To Cure Headache And Burning Head And Ear After Concussion?

hi.i had a concussion 6 days before, still have a headache, now its burning top of my head and behind ears. emergency doctor said its mild concussion, so no need to worry. especially afternoon, i feel like my head is burning, tired and so much headache. what should i do now.
