Hello. I have been suffering from ear problems since May 2009. I was a sophomore in high school and that day we had a tornado/straight line winds storm that hit the school. I was in the hallway where the roof was tore off and the walls were tore up. Ever since then I have had very sensitive ear problems that seem to only have been increasing. I went to an ENT dr. And they looked in my ears and said they saw nothing. The few months after the storm they would get so bad that I would cry. I still have problems with them. I have just learned to manage the pain. They will get very very sensitive to sound. They will crackle and when it is noisy or if there are more than a couple people talking or something I can feel my inner ear shake (similar to when you yawn). When they are bothering me, I also have a hard time concentrating. I often feel like I have a sensory overload because when I am somewhere noisy it is too much. I have put peroxide in my ears growing up to help clean them out. However,
Today my ears were bothering me so we put peroxide in one, and there was a severe deep imidiate pain, followed by severe dizziness. I was laying down and the room was spinning in five different directions. After 5 minutes or so it finally went away. However, I am
Now left with that whole side of my head hurting. I was just wondering if you would be able to offer any advise or have clues as to what could be the problem with my ears. It is obviously probably an inner ear problem.
