Hi Sir/Madam
Welcome to Health Care Magic

I can certainly understand your concern about your suffering as you have described the every symptom of migraine headache. I could advise you avoid stress, have adequate sleep, avoid caffeine and chocolates...And you can start propanolol to prevent attacks, you can start ibuprofen or NAXDOM for acute attack or sudden attack, sumatriptan if it is very severe . You have mentioned that you also have sinus headache...For which I can advise you to start antihistamines like cetrizine and decongestants like phenylephrine. Migraine headache is mainly due to vasodilation ...So you can also try with ergotamines

Post your further questions if any, I will available to take up your follow up questions

Thank you
