How To Cure Headache ?

one week ago start light headache left temporal area, 2 days later patchy rash appeared on left top of head and spread to small patch in eye brow, headache becoming more sharp and piercing, 4th day noticed swollen bump (large pea size) just forward of left ear lobe and another just below left ear. At first thought rash might be reaction from poison weeds or such while clearing land, but with sharp piercing headache and swelling, I wondering if I should be more concerned?Thank you. Dan

Thanks for using healthcaremagic.

yes you should be concern and consult ENT surgeon(otorhinologist) as soon as possible. Your complain of headache is not primary, it is secondary to something else.So headache can be relived with pain killer for part time but for proper relief treatment of underlying cause is necessary.

Your symptoms and signs with headache(rash and swelling) suggestive of some infection.If by chance it enters deep , it can affect your hearing or may be brain.

Antibiotics as well as surgical intervention like incision and drainage may be required.
So please consult doctor without waiting.
