How To Cure Infants With Bad Eczema?

hi i was told of a friend you can claim dla for infants with bad eczema my daughter is 6 month old and has to be creamed up with ointments regularly throughout the day and night she has been put on steriod cream for it now as well as the ointments and she has to have bedding and clothes changed regulary with it was wondering if this is true and how do i go about it ? thankyou
