How To Cure Itchiness At The Base Of The Shaft In Scrotum Area?

My scrotum and base of the shaft is very itchy and is peeling. This happened twice as a teen as well, but it is so irritating. My funds are quite minimal and I need advice. The head itches and I feel a very strong desire to scratch often, but it's starting to get sensitive and raw due to these scratchings, but it is such an intense itch. I want my scrotum and shaft to return to normal. I am sexually active, but is not an STD confirmed. I did nothing out of the ordinary and do not masturbate. What is this and how can I fix it asap!

Hi , the reason of your itch might not be STD but could be fungal or an autoimmune disease. You can use clotrimazole cream and if that doesnt cure it then you need to show a dermatologist .
