How To Cure Itchiness On Chest, Arms, Neck And Eyebrows?

I am terribly itchy on my chest, arms , neck and eyebrows for the past few weeks. I have seasonal allergies and have changed my medication from Reactine to Claritin. It feels like the itch is inside whereas sometimes an itch can be felt more on the surface. What can I do for this until I see my physician?
