How To Cure Itchy Boil Like Eruption Just Near The Nose?

Hello doctor..Sir i am having this boil like eruption just near the side of the nose..its painful as well it itches...the area is reddened and its is developing white accumulation (may be the puss accumulation i guess),. Can I apply deriva cms glenmark on it? i really want to get rid if it soon as its quiet depressing....

Hi , as per your clinical history it appears as you are having vestibulitis .

I suggest you cleaning of area by antiseptic solution , application of antibiotic steroid ointment inspite of deriva cms glenmark.

Vestibulitis might be because of nasal discharge due rhinitis or sinusitis . you also need to treat it by Macrolide Antibiotic azithromycin & Antihistaminic levocetirizine + Leukotriene antagonists Montelukast combination .
