How To Cure Itchy Hot Spot On Chest?

I have an eraser sized hot spot that itches occasionally on my chest ( I don t itch it ) I ve had it for several years. When I m working hard it sometimes burns. It sometimes gets a small dead patch of dried skin that falls off. This spot is only about 1/4 around.

Hi

You seem to have developed an eczematous skin patch.
Now such an eczematous skin condition can occur due to various cause. But in your case since you have it since a long time now, it is important to get it checked and take proper treatment for the same .
In case you have similar itchy and scaly lesions over the scalp as well, then it can be a lesion of seborrhoeic dermatitis .
