How To Cure Knee Gap In Right Leg?

My mother age is 60 years old. She is suffering for Knee gap in right leg. After view the xray report she got a knee gap in right leg. She is not able to sleep whole night. Her weight is 72. After the surgery for tumor in utraous she is not able to doing more exercise.
