How To Cure Knee Pain Along With Torn ACL Caused By An Accident?

hi myself krantikumar, i met with an accident in 2007 resulting in a torn acl in the right knee. i was operated for the same in dec. 2007. however it all went horribly wrong, the bio-screw came out, the stiches got infected due to which i was not able to perform physicals. now my knee is stiff, it pains and the flexion is restricted. i am a fire officer by profession and am worried about my future. i am ready to do what ever it takes to return to fighting fit physical state. pls advice..., thnx.
