How To Cure Knee Pain?

hello i am a 15 year old and male and i have sore knees. i play basketball alot and also lift weights so this probably reason why it hurts but i have osgood schlaters disease so that makes it even worse. my question is how to cure this, and plese dont tell me to stop exercising as much. and should i take like any supplements or anything like that
