How To Cure Lack Of Vaginal Sensation During Intercourse?

Hi i had an accident on a bike when i was 12. I had pulled on the brakes to hard to avoid running into a car and i landed pretty hard on the long bar of the bike (it was a 12 speed man's bike).I ended up straddling the bike. As i got older and started having sex i noticed i was not able to feel any sensation in my vagina while being penetrated by male partner. could this be because of nerve damage and how can i fix it.
