How To Cure Muscle Pain ?

Um...I'm not sure if it's a weird muscle pain or what ever, but there's this spot in my lower right abdomen that has a weird, not sever, pain. When i rub to see what's up, there's no lump but it feels like there's sand or something crinky crunchy right there.
i think it's like a muscle pain because i feel the sensation after i exercise. But just in case, could i have an ovarian cysts
