How To Cure Neck Pain Due To Disc Problem?

My wife has two bulging discs in her neck causing serious pain and weakness in her right arm. The bulges are between c4 and c5 and c5 and c6. She has taken anti-inflammatory meds, steroids, muscle relaxers and percocets to no avail. We are going for a nerve blocker shot today but I am worried cause nothing so far has helped. Is there anything we are missing as far as treatment because she has been crying in pain for the last 2 1/2 weeks?
