How To Cure Neck Tremors While Suffering From Polio?

Hi,Due to polio I cant keep my head without shake for more than 20 seconds.In my childhood doctors suggest me it will go while I grow and advised to use neck belt.But I didnt use that.Compare to my childhood the shake in neck was reduced now.Can i use neck belt now?please suggest as this affecting my career while talking in meetings due to this my voice is breaking too
