How To Cure Ongoing Deep Ear Pain In Left Ear?

I have ongoing deep ear pain (low grade) in my Left ear. A doctor said it is not infected. The pain increases if I bend over. I also feel pressure in my face, head, and neck, especially when inverted. There is a firm mound behind my ear, but I can't tell if it's a gland, or perhaps the connection of muscle/tendon. I grind my teeth, have experienced a very anxious and difficult year. I have a family history of heart conditions, and though I have had recent physical with a very good overall results, I did have slightly elevated blood pressure. I often feel tired, sore, and have a stiff neck. (I did probably suffer from whiplash in 2011, and have had to go work that aggravates my neck condition regularly.)
