How To Cure Ovarian Cyst?

i had cysts on my ovaries which shrunk in size and have stayed small and havent grown i have unprotected sex all the time with my partner but i dont seem to fall pregnant, the doctors i have seen have said my cysts arent big enough to effect me and i still have periods monthly. is there something wrong with me
