How To Cure Pain At Top Of Neck,lower Back And Head?

hi, i am a 20 yr old female; 165cm in height and 40kg in weight. For the past 2 years or maybe more, i have had a pain at the top of my neck/lower back of my head, which feels like i have been hit hard on that area. It seems to have worsened recently and almost feels like there is a slight bump there. Should i be concerned about this or could it be stress or tension related? i would appreciate any advice. thanks, lizi
