How To Cure Pain Behind Knees While Skating?

Hi, may I answer your health queries right now ? Please type your query here...i ice skate, i have a terrible pain behind my rt knee when my tendons are being stretched, espec at a stand up position. the pain is also between my leds half way up to groin area.
