How To Cure Pain In Ear Due To Ear Piercing?

I put new piercings in my right ear and the next morning it hurt but I just thought it was because i changed them so I left them alone but they were still hurting a few days later so today i went to clean them and when I took the piercing out a hard white ball came out with it. What is it? What should I do?

Hi,
It seems that there is some infection at the site of piercing.
Clean the part with antiseptic lotion or water and apply antibiotic cream 2-3 times a day.
If pain increases or swelling increases, go for one oral antibiotic medicine course for 3 days.
Ok and take care.
