for the past week I have had deep pain in my right buttock radiating down my right thigh to behind my knee. worse on sitting (5mins all i can tolerate) MRI showed focal left posterolateral annular tar at l4-l5 I am 46yr old female 78kg and 176cm no prvious surgery except 2 ceasers 7 & 4 yrs ago can u explain in simple terms and treatment tnx
