How To Cure Pain In Right Arm And Being Diagnosed With Cerebral Palsy ?

my 31 year old daughter has c p and her left side grossly effected. she recently started complaining about right arm hurting and then we noticed she has lost some more of the use of it. her neuro surgeon says shunt ok and orthpedic doc says x ray shows no pfysical issues. she still complaining and it has now been about 2 months since it started. what are possible causes?
