Hi ! Good evening. I am Dr Shareef answering your query.

With the short history you provided with, I could think of a UTI or a urinary calculi. However, to confirm or to rule out other pathology, I would advise you to go for some routine blood tests, like CBC, a serum HCG test, a urine culture and sensitivity test, and possibly an ultrasound abdomen. Further management would depend on the reports of the investigations along with the result of a clinical examination.

I hope this information would help you in discussing with your family physician/treating doctor in further management of your problem. Please do not hesitate to ask in case of any further doubts.
Thanks for choosing health care magic to clear doubts on your health problems. Wishing you an early recovery. Dr Shareef.
