How To Cure Pain In The Hip Bone?

Hi, I'm a 21 year old male who is fairly active and fit. I have got fairly wide hip bones and the way my femour runs and meets the hip gives me a bit of a weird appearance and also causes some pain after continuous activity. This odd bone structure also makes my quads stick out in a peculiar way. Is there any surgery or procedure which can help me ?
