How To Cure Pain In The Right Side Of The Penis?

Hi, I have a lower back injury, in the L5 S1 region & plus soft tissue/scar tissue re injuring in the same region ongoing for over 8 years. I've been experiencing pain on the right side of my penis every time my back pain starts so does the penis pain. My question is does the nerve supply to the penis come from the lower back area???
