How To Cure Pain In The Testis Noticed After Exercise?

hi sir..due to improper exercising one of my testis was paining n now they are not in proper way(i mean left testis is down n right testis above of it) This happened many years back...almost 6 years happening..now my age is 21.some times i get pain...How to get cured from this problem?...i heard that there will be a surgery for it...isn't true?...please could you help...

Thanks for your query.
First of all remember one thing the left testis is usually at a lower level than the right in almost all males. So nothing wrong in this.
You are getting pain sometimes.
I would advise to see an Urologist when you are in pain.
Remember another thing- the clinical examination by an expert is very important and may give better information than any investigations.
Ultrasonography and color doppler examination have its own place in the diagnosis, meant to confirm the clinical diagnosis.
May be you need a single stitch surgery of fixation, simple and small procedure.
